The ultimate Thanksgiving condiment, gravy and most people like it on everything. Gravy can be made in so many different flavors and consistencies. On Thanksgiving it’s often made from the juices that naturally run from the turkey and thicken to perfection. Does anyone out there have an awesome Thanksgiving gravy recipe that they would like to share, please do!

Italian salad dressing has been my favorite salad dressing from the first day I started eating salad, which according to my Mom was at a very early age. I have had many different kinds of Italian dressing throughout my life but the Kraft Zesty Italian holds a special place in my refrigerator. It’s so flavorful with just the right amount of zest, what every salad needs! I sometimes like to mix it with my homemade ranch for an extra yummy salad!

This is the one of the many condiments that I always have on hand in my kitchen, Tapatio Hot Sauce. Tapatio is not only excellent for all your favorite Mexican food entrees but its also good on anything that just needs a little extra kick. One of my favorite ways to use it is on a saltine crackers topped with crab salad add some lemon juice, Tapatio and enjoy!
Tapatio’s website also has some great recipes www.tapatiohotsauce.com.

I love Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce; I should say my family loves it. It makes my roast so flavorful. I take a roast, usually a rump roast and heat up some olive oil in a skillet. I season the roast with a little salt, pepper, and garlic and brown it quickly on each side. I then place it in a long glass dish and pour Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce on top and add enough water on the bottom to come up about half way on the roast, cover it with foil and bake it for 5 hours at 275 degrees. It is so good! The first night we have the roast for dinner and the rest of the week the leftovers are either BBQ beef sandwiches or shredded beef burritos. We love it! When they say all purpose sauce they mean it and this is just a few of the many ways we use our Country Bob’s sauce.

I was looking for something to dip my grilled shrimp in over the summer and after a few trial and error sauces, I had it: ¼ cup honey, ¼ cup orange marmalade, ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning and 1 tablespoon sweet red chili. Put all ingredients in all in a small pan and heat until melted.

I don’t know about you but for me a trip to Chick-fil-A is not only for the excellent chicken sandwich but the sauces too. I haven’t tasted a Chick-fil-A sauce I didn’t like but I do tend to stick with the Buffalo Sauce, it’s my favorite. I like to put one pack on my chicken sandwich and keep two open for dipping fries. When our foodie group goes to Chick-fil-A, which is at least once a week we end up with about 20 packs of sauce a combination of Buffalo, Barbecue, Ranch, Honey Mustard and one of our new favorites the Chick-fil-A Sauce. What’s your favorite Chick-fil-A sauce?

What a better way to start off fall than with a nice variety of apples all sliced up and some creamy apple dip. I made this one with 1 package of cream cheese, ¾ cup brown sugar and 1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla. Mix it all up with the mixer, cut up three different types of apples and dip away! This is a great appetizer for a fall party of any kind or just for a snack.

You can only imagine how difficult life is when you have a brother who is a BBQ sauce connoisseur and you don’t have a favorite BBQ sauce yourself. Well it has finally happen Brian, I have a favorite BBQ sauce Stubb’s Original BBQ Sauce and yes it is all because you left it at my house! Subb’s Original is by far the best BBQ sauce I have ever had. I love how it leaves a hint of flavor on your tongue after you eat it, just enough to make you want more.

Looking for mustard with a built in kick? Try some Jalapeno Mustard! This is good on any food you regularly eat mustard but with a jalapeno spicy twist. I especially like it with my chicken strips, hamburgers and sandwiches.
